By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you consent to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The AdBlocking Assistant extension may display, incorporate, or grant access to content from third parties (including data, information, apps, and other goods and services), or it may give links to such sites or services. You agree and understand that AdBlocking Assistant is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect of any content or services provided by third parties. You or any other person or entity is not subject to any liability or duty from AdBlocking Assistant for any third-party products or services. You use them at your own risk and are bound by the terms and conditions of the third parties involved.
The AdBlocking Assistant extension is the sole property of AdBlocking Assistant and its licensors, and will continue to be so. This includes, but is not limited to, any copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.
You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property rights relating to the Extension or the accessed Content by using the AdBlocking Assistant extension. For the exclusive purpose of using the AdBlocking Assistant extension in line with the terms of this Agreement, you are given a restricted license.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdBlocking Assistant, along with its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, which may include, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses stemming from or connected with your use of the AdBlocking Assistant extension.
You commit to indemnify, defend, and hold AdBlocking Assistant, as well as its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns, harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or associated with your use of the AdBlocking Assistant extension.
Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that best aligns with the original intent, while the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AdBlocking Assistant operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and applies to your use of the AdBlocking Assistant extension. Additional local, state, national, or international laws may also apply to your use of the AdBlocking Assistant extension.
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and AdBlocking Assistant regarding the utilization of the AdBlocking Assistant extension, superseding all prior and concurrent agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
